FAQ:

Can I continue to train for sports, triathlons, weight training, ski, and do yoga during the Cleanse?

How will the Cleanse affect my athletic performance?

Answer:

Yes, you can complete the Cleanse while continuing to train and practice yoga by customizing the Cleanse for you.

Many people experience an increase in athletic performance using the principles of the Health for Life International Cleanse Program.

The key is to be a scientist - listen to your body and notice subtle signals. Adjust the plan to what works for you. Witness your energy levels and what satiates you and use that information to determine frequency of eating and portion sizes. It’s important to fuel for your workouts - before and after. Other than that, you should be able to complete the Cleanse as designed.

As one of the founders of Health for Life International, I've found following this program has significantly increased my endurance and performance. In recent races, I have been able to sustain my pace at distances where I previously bonked, I've increased my leg press weight by 15 lbs and my chest press by 10 lbs since I started using the IsaPro Whey Protein concurrent with my workouts. In running, I’ve been going the distance I previously went in 40 minutes in 36 minutes. People who know me have seen a noticeable change in energy and are shocked at what I am able to accomplish. The nutritional cleanse program, supplements, and everything I have been doing for my health and wellbeing are completely supporting my ability to live the life I've created. We’d love to help you reach your athletic performance goals.
