Jill Emich has a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management, and graduated from the California Culinary Academy and then went on to own a successful downtown restaurant Trilogy Wine Bar and Lounge for almost 10 years. She teaches holistic nutrition and chef instruction at Bauman College.
